| Ann Renneker, CMP, Director of Conference Services and Catering at The Fairmont Dallas, was a crucial reason McCain’s rally was executed to perfection. When asked if she used the MeetingMatrix software to set up for the event her response was, “Of Course I used MeetingMatrix for the layout of the room!” She went on to say that “MeetingMatrix was crucial in developing where the placement of the main stage, bleachers and the many media risers would be in the room. I also used it for the placement of the teleprompters and the final balloon drop. We use MeetingMatrix everyday…it’s a huge asset!” |

The “MeetingMatrix Was There” campaign stemmed from the reality that our software is used to plan important events around the world, many of which are recognized on a national or global level. Why should it be kept a secret that the MeetingMatrix software was used to plan these events? It shouldn’t! The general public should know just how vital the software is, and there is no better way to let people know this then by showing them all the important events that our family of products and services helped make possible.
It is important that people understand just how accurate and reliable our software is, and by spotlighting major events that used MeetingMatrix, it documents how important the software truly is. Each month we intend to highlight a new property who used MeetingMatrix to flawlessly execute a nationally or globally recognized event…and as you see these events add up it will be very evident that MeetingMatrix is used to plan important events throughout the world, therefore making it an industry standard! |
