Control Panel
Control Panel lets you retain full control of your business 
standards. Define default settings such as aisle widths and distance between tables, etc. Choose Imperial or Metric settings on the fly. Define inventory items such as chairs, tables, podiums and risers. Password-protect your room and setup objects, preferences and diagrams. Through Control Panel a MeetingMatrix user can assign default values to virtually every aspect of the software. Examples of this include:
- Customize setup objects: chairs, tables, A/V, podiums and risers to match your inventory.
- Establish your facility’s business rules and know these will be transferred to planners who have downloaded the MeetingMatrix Certified Room Diagrams software and room measurement services (Certified Room Diagrams™) from the internet.
- Set the default size for all room and setup objects.
- Set defaults such as minimum aisle width requirements and distance between chairs / tables.
Control Panel is available for purchase individually with MeetingMatrix Gold and Platinum and is included in Platinum, Platinum+ and MeetingMatrix Multi-Property Edition.
