Pre-opening resort sales staff require a tool intended to show clients the details of the facility before construction is completed. In order for clients to fully understand the space, and feel comfortable booking their conference there, much more information is required. Despite the building being unfinished, planners still need to see floor plan layouts and know all of the logistics of the space so they can map out their program and see the flow, etc. How can they accomplish this when the facility will not be constructed for an entire year? The answer is Pre-Built Space Rendering, coupled with a Rich Media Virtual Tour.

Clients and sales staff alike can use MeetingMatrix and Space Rendering to design the functions and see the results, firsthand, instantly in 3D. These saved setups can then be distributed to clients and other meeting planners with MeetingMatrix and the free MeetingMatrix Silver, as well as emailed as Jpegs highlighting scenes in predefined Viewports (virtual cameras). The MeetingMatrix software is designed with ease of use in mind even for those who consider themselves less than technically savvy.
The Rich Media Virtual Tour is a strong interactive alternative to the traditional physical hand model of the new building design. Both have their place and purpose. The Virtual Tour will be a photo realistic animation which can be copied and delivered in mass volumes via Interactive DVD presentations and Interactive Flash™ presentations which can be played from the facility’s pre-opening website.
Example Project Description: A virtual tour CD/DVD walking through the space, which begins when the guest drives up to the resort and proceeds to lead them around the facility in a sequential manner. The Sales Managers would use this piece as a significant selling tool to create excitement and show planners the logistics of the layout of the meeting space and public space.
